Our accounts
You will receive an account with your trace report. As we charge in arrears we would appreciate payment upon receipt or no later than 60 days. Please note that payment of our accounts are not dependant on whether or not you make a successful recovery from the debtor. Our accounts are payable on the basis that we issue a successful trace report. If we cannot trace a debtor, we issue a no-trace-no-fee report.
How to instruct us
E-mail or fax your instruction to us, together with the debtor’s name, surname and ID number, or any additional information.
What we need from you
We also need your information to enable us to account to you. Send the instruction on your letterhead with all your information. If you are VAT registered, provide your VAT number. Please also quote your file reference with each instruction.
