We offer a variety of tracing and legal secretarial services. Prices may be
subject to change.
If our tracing service is urgently required an additional amount of R50.00 will
be charged.

You give us the ID number, we then advise you whether we have info on the debtor. | Title holder and owner Trace (NEW) | New case law imposes on the sheriff to notify both the owner and the title holder of a possible sale in execution of a vehicle. Upon consultation with a sheriff we were advised that only a printout from the Licencing Department will suffice. We can obtain it on your behalf. | R200.00 |
| Executor / Liquidator Trace | If a debtor is deceased, a copy of the death certificate (if available) and Executor’s details. If a CC or Company is under liquidation, the Liquidator’s details. | R400.00 |
| Trust Trace | We trace the trustees' full names and ID numbers at the Master's office to enable you to issue summons against them. Should you wish for us to trace current physical addresses, the standard trace fee will apply. | R400.00 |

| Rates refunds: City of Jhb (NEW) | We make use of an agent who used to be employed at the council for 15 years and guarantee a refund within 6 - 14 weeks. We charge 10% of the total amount refunded or R500.00, whichever is the highest | 10% or R500.00 |
